We believe a great cookie is a study in balance: real butter, single-origin chocolate, and a finish of sea salt. Nothing artificial, no shortcuts.

Each recipe is developed and tasted in our kitchen before it earns a place in the collection. If it is not something we would happily serve at our own table, it does not ship.

Our ingredients

We choose ingredients for flavour first — Belgian chocolate, roasted pistachio, premium vanilla, and seasonal fruit. Where we can, we source locally and adjust the menu to what is freshest.
